Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return address will be provided after your return request is approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.


European Union 5-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The item must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
